Accessibility

Exceleron is committed to enhancing the MyUsage user interface to support greater accessibility and usability. Exceleron has utilized an independent third-party ADA/Accessibility expert to assess the MyUsage website and mobile application as part of our efforts to improve MyUsage accessibility.

The leading global standard for website accessibility is called WCAG or Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. Based on an independent review as of February 2022, Exceleron Software has enhanced all MyUsage customer-facing websites and mobile application screens to WCAG 2.1 Level AA (inclusive of WCAG 2.0 Level AA) and adopted design standards intended to increase accessibility as screens are added or modified within MyUsage.

Exceleron has a long history of enhancing the MyUsage solution to meet well-defined standards in the areas of data management, security, privacy and usability and we will continue to assess and pursue such improvements to the user experience at our discretion in the future.
